Shipping policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviation and have spaces inserted properly. If there is issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you t try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded.

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP at LCMVIALCM@GMAIL.COM, or Call 347-285-9975. If your order was laced on a weekend please call us first thing Monday morning. We will do everything in our power to fulfill your request and change your address. If we were unable to we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from LcmViaLcm.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.this amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it,you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. LcmViaLcm DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.

JUST A REMINDER, YOU WILL RECEIVE SHIPPING CONFIRMATION WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DAY THE ORDER WAS PLACED.  After your payment  is authorized and verified, it will still take 3-4 days to process your order. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekend and holidays.Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
